  • Organisations not registered with a UK Charity Regulator.
  • Organisations that are not a Community Interest Company (CIC) limited by guarantee.
  • Individuals.

Note for Unregistered Groups: UK bodies legally exempt from charity registration may apply. We also occasionally consider small grants for unregistered groups in the West Midlands who have a formal constitution, an elected committee, and a bank account managed by two or more committee members.

Important: We do not accept applications via email for any grant type.

What We Fund

  • Trustees consider applications for core costs as well as development and project funding.
  • Please review the Grant Programmes page to ensure your project aligns with our support areas.
  • If your project falls under the West Midlands grant programme, select the sector that best fits your proposal, even if there is overlap.

Application Requirements

  • Applications should be brief, concise, and straight to the point.
  • Grants are typically awarded on a one-off basis. We generally do not consider repeat applications within two years of a previous award.
